What is an Item Upgrader in Pokemon Go?

The item upgrader is an additional widget at the top of both the Angel and Cash Upgrade Windows. The Manager is priced at 33 billion Angel Investors, and has no gameplay benefit other than making it easier to purchase upgrades.

Boosts

There are many enhancements that can be obtained with an upgrader. They could include a variety of stats, as well as numerous bonuses. These bonuses can be incorporated into weapons, armor, and trinkets. They can be used to improve the abilities of a character, or they can be used to add an aspect of variety to an existing build.

It takes time to upgrade an item. Depending on the size of the upgrade, it can take up to 8 hours.
