World of Warcraft Upgrades and Item Upgrading

Upgrades can increase the value of armors, weapons and rings. They also boost extra bonuses, such as crit chance and PvE damage.

If the template for upgrading a weapon ends in %, it will increase an additional 3% of the previous attack damage every time it's upgraded.

The cost of upgrading an item increases as it reaches the current level of the item. The cost increases as the level of the item rises.

Components

Upgrade components can be added to trinkets, weapons and armor in order to give them a stat boost or to add an additional effect. They can be obtained by crafting, buying from vendors, trading or looting. Certain upgrades come with special cosmetic effects.

Upgrade components can be inserted into any equipment that has a slot to accommodate them; the item must have been at the very least upgraded to blue level to allow a component to be inserted. Unlike other mods, upgrade components can only be used one time; they can't be used multiple times or replaced with new upgrades. Infusions and Enrichments are type of upgrade component that can be used to upgrade non-amulet legendary or ascending equipment, as as some non-ascended items. Infusions and enrichments are recovered by salvaging gear from the ascended, or by completing an elite mission in the Prophecies, Factions and Nightfall campaigns.

A prefix or suffix can be added to an upgrade, which alters the name of the item it's applied to (for example 'Canthan Armor Insignia,' becomes Canthan Armor Minor Vigor). Some upgrades boost an item upgrader kit's Mark Level or Rarity, allowing players to make stronger versions of the equipment using fewer Upgrade Crystals than would be required to achieve the same upgrade level through normal methods.

A boost upgrade can alter the attack or defence attributes of the weapon or armor. These upgrades are available to be made using the Portative Forging Station once the player has completed the cutscene, and defeats the Crazed mechanic. They can be dropped by enemies while upgrading other gear or by purchasing them from the cash store for 500 upgrade crystals each.

The player can have the maximum of five boost upgrades at a time. Each upgrade increases the chance that a higher-tier version of the item will appear during the next reset. This gives the player some incentive to continue improving their equipment even if they're uncertain of the extent to which it will improve after a future reset.

The process of upgrading an item could be expensive and it's possible that the Best item upgrader will be obsolete or even break in the event that the upgrade fails. Upgrade Crystals and assist powder are also destroyed when an upgrade fails. This is alleviated by the availability cash shop items to increase or even eliminate the chances of failure, as well as some upgrades that provide an additional benefit when they are inserted into an item.

Glyphs

Glyphs can be used to enhance the Paragon Board by placing them in special sockets. Glyphs increase the effectiveness of all nodes in a radius around them as well as existing affixes on equipment. Glyphs are upgraded in various ways, and we recommend getting them to level 15 as soon as possible.

In the endgame you'll often discover that the most effective way to upgrade your gear is to place Glyphs. They are the only upgrade component that can be upgraded to level 15 and give an enormous boost to your power on the Paragon Board.

The majority of upgrades in the game can be replaced however, Glyphs are only the one upgrade component that can be removed and re-placed without restriction. The only exception is legendary equipment, which requires an Black Lion Salvage Kit to salvage and re-place.

Each Glyph has a certain range of values that it can improve a statistic by. The value is shown when you select the Glyph in your inventory. You can replace it with another Glyph that is of the same or higher rank to increase the value of the Glyph.

Glyphs can be found in the Black Lion Trading Post as part of a Gem Store bundle or purchase them with certain tools that are unlimited in use, and during Faction Crypt Raids. Each Faction Crypt can drop one of these Glyphs. There are some rare glyphs that you can find in any of the Faction Crypts.

Once you have gotten the desired Glyphs you'll need them to be placed on your equipment. Each Glyph unlocks a bonus which will boost the stats of a particular set of nodes that are within the radius of the Glyph. Depending on the Glyph it could be +40 to one of your primary stats, or +25 to two of your secondary stats.

The use of a Glyph can boost all nodes that are linked to it, and you should try to place your Glyphs near key nodes on the Graph to maximise the impact. For example that a Druid should aim to place their Glyphs close to their primary damage nodes, however, you may also want to be sure to place them near the most critical damage nodes as well.

Leveling

The item upgrade (fewpal.com) system allows players to boost the effectiveness of certain items by adding upgraded components. This is referred to as "upping". Every upgradeable item is assigned a level which determines the final stats. Upgraded items may be leveled up to a maximum level of 385. Each level requires a different number of components to be reached and the costs for upgrading increase as the item gets advanced in level.

Some upgrades require a special ingredient to activate. This ingredient is obtained by finishing Upgrade Recipes. These recipes can be found in the upgrade tab of a crafting table or bought from NPCs. Each Upgrade Recipe that is completed earns several Technology Points. These points can be used to level up the item. Once enough points are earned, the upgrade will be claimed and its additional bonuses will be added to the item.

When an item is upgraded by a player to a higher level, the original item is replaced with a new item of the same type. This means that the same piece of armor will be transformed into the form of a shield or weapon when upgraded. The new item will also have a unique bonus. This could be a disadvantage, as the item can be more expensive even if you don't require it.

Item upgrades can sometimes be rerolled if the player has enough reroll tokens to do this. This will cause the item to be traded for a new one, which will have an initial level and a totally different set of bonuses. This can be beneficial but it shouldn't be done often as it can be a waste of resources.

Certain upgrades can be rerolled several times, increasing their value and giving players the ability to alter their equipment. Dolphin's Gift is a good example, since it grants buffs when the player continuously enters or leaves the water. This can be upgraded several times, each time increasing the max roll by an increment of 10. This item can be very valuable in PvP, as an item that is properly rolled it can be worth between 20 and 50 times its value if it is not upgraded.

Requirements

The upgrade of items allows players to increase the level of their equippable equipment - weapons, armor, and trinkets above ilvl 385--by offering the appropriate currency and items to an item upgrader NPC. Upgrades to armor set pieces increase its base defense and weapon upgrades items increase their base damage as well as the required strength and dexterity.

All items are upgradeable up to five times, except for hero equipment, which is able to be upgraded eight times. Each time you upgrade an item it is given a chance to fail--the failure rate increases the more you go beyond the maximum amount of upgrades. Failures will cause the item to revert back to its original condition, which requires the user to pay more for materials than they would have to had they stopped upgrading at the maximum amount of upgrades.

If an Best item upgrade is not able to upgrade the amount of experience in its growth bar is reset to zero. Additionally the item will be deducted any gained bonuses such as crit chance, attack damage, as well as any other effects that are associated with that effect (for example, increased heal over time or the speed of reloading). However, the user can still continue to use the weapon or armor following the failure.

When an item is upgraded the upgrades are applied from the lowest to the highest. This means that, should a weapon gain an increase in crit chance it will be applied before any increase in attack damage. Slots is a brand-new attribute that has been added to the definitions of items. The value is recalculated each time an upgrade occurs.

The amount of resources required to upgrade an item is determined on the rarity rating and the number of upgrade slots. The upgrade cost for non-premium items is the same as the base value of the upgrade--for example, a common equipment item could have five upgrades with a cost of 25600 Technology Points 4x Quality Improvement Chance. Hero grade items have lower costs per upgrade.

Premium items have different requirements for upgrading than standard gear--for instance, they might require fewer sowels, but more minerals and erons. The player will still need to take each piece of gear they want to upgrade to the NPC [Armor] Boboko located in Central Flarine. In addition to the upgrade costs listed above, each upgrade requires the use of different upgrade ingredients.
