Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can sometimes increase the stats of a piece of equipment and, sometimes, even add extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the amount of random augmentations applied.

The elite racial Shield Razortail For instance, it is frequently upgraded to enhance its lightning absorption capabilities in PvP or provide additional defenses to missile-based build in the PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the non-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens let you reroll a purchased item, such as an armor, weapon or ring. This replaces the item with another item of the same type and comes with different bonuses. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective option to upgrade equipment. However, they don't keep the quality of the original item, and any wasted resources will not be refunded.

The surviving players can acquire tokens to reroll in many ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be found in crates and chests, or purchased from the store for 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to change the attribute of a piece equipment such as increasing the damage it can cause.

Players can reroll their equipment using three attributes three categories: physical power, magic power and health. Physical power upgrades increase the damage that melee and weapons, while spell power improves rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades give players additional health.

There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades an item to a better quality and requires a higher-level reroll token in order to produce it. Upgrades that are enhanced require a standard item level upgrade, rare upgrades require a unique or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

The reroll marker, unlike other special tokens or markers placed on action areas, remains on the space until the next success is to be rerolled. This helps you avoid wasting upgrades.

Blueprints appear as envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase and can be opened by grabbing them using Interact. Once they are open, they display a full description and the icon of the appliance or ingredient that they correspond to. The restaurant's shop will exchange blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and accessories. These are special stones that can increase the level of an item by increasing its stats and abilities. These items can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. They can also purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a cost. In addition, players can get these stones by signing daily contracts.

To upgrade equipment players must first find the item they want to upgrade and then click the "level up" button. The menu will appear showing the item upgrader kit's current level and what it will be after being upgraded, along with the required amount of Growth Stones to achieve this. The amount of Growth Stones needed to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires a single Growth Stone.

After deciding on the item to upgrade the player has to select the number of Growth Stones that they want to purchase and pay the cost. After the player has met the requirements, he is able to click the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. This will increase the item's level by a certain percentage. Depending on the rarity of the item level upgrade, the upgrade process can be as quick as a few seconds to minutes.

The upgrade process is risk-free and does not impact the durability of the item. This makes the system an excellent way for players to gain a significant advantage in combat without putting stress on their bank account. By clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer the experience and progression of an upgraded item upgrades onto an entirely new piece of equipment.

New players may find it difficult to obtain Growth Stones. There are a variety of ways to obtain the stones. You can complete contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, obtain them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book or get them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is an optional feature that allows players to increase the stats of their weapons armor, helms, and trinkets. It is accomplished by combining an item with upgrades at the Upgrade Station, paying a cost of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The upgrade components will be used up and the item will be upgraded to a higher level. This process can be repeated until the highest level of an Best item upgrade (index) is attained.

Items that have upgraded base stats display an icon of blue in their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, cannot be applied to more than one item at a time. Each upgrade item component also requires the purchase of a certain amount of items and a minimum level of equipment.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left, players can add items to be upgraded. On the right side, previews show what the equipment will look like when it reaches its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow after a player has sufficient materials will begin the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each time it is upgraded the stats of the base item will increase by a small amount. The highest level for an item is 19.

Once an item reaches its maximum level, it will no longer have the option to upgrade. Likewise, once a piece of gear reaches an upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track ) they will be discounted.

Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be inserted into armors, weapons trinkets, gathering tools and other trinkets to give an additional benefit or bonus when the equipment is in use. They can be bought from vendors, looted, or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, but doing so will destroy the previous upgrade, excluding for glyphs which can be removed and replaced freely.

Requirements

Upgrades to items allow players to boost certain attributes of armor and weapons they already have. The requirements for upgrading an item differ based on the type of item however, you'll usually require Dilithium as well as the number of Upgrade tokens.

Items can be upgraded by adding item upgrade components to equipment and weapons. These will provide more effects or an improved item level. For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" boosts the base defense, and also adds an extra 20% chance to block. The dps "Wildfire" however, increases weapon damage.

Upgrades can be beneficial to some items, but not because they boost stats. They are more valuable for the players when they get the perfect roll. For example, a perfect-rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and can be worth 20-50 times the value of the unupp'd version.

If you choose an upgrade component to be inserted into an item the game will display an open window that displays the required requirements. The game will display the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.

The game will add an item in your inventory when you have fulfilled the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will then change to show how close to getting the upgrade completed. You can also check on the status of an item upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
