Zeus Vs Hades

Zeus is the god of lightning and the sky. He is a giant of tremendous power. He is more powerful than the combined power of all Olympian gods.

Hades is the Greek God of the Underworld. He is the brother of demo zeus of hades and Poseidon. He is known for his connection to death and his brusque personality.

Poseidon

Poseidon, as the King of the Sea is a powerful god in his own right. He can manipulate water and is even able to alter it into various forms. He can also use his trident to cause tsunamis, earthquakes, and other natural disasters.

Poseidon is also the guardian of the underworld. He has the power to summon and control the dead. He is a god of power and is able to easily defeat Zeus in a fight. In addition, he has plenty of power in the underworld and is able to lock Zeus within.

Hades

Hades is the god who rules the underworld. He is the supreme god over everything that is dead. He is the oldest of the Big Three, and perhaps the strongest. A fight between him and Zeus could be a close one. In the sky, Zeus would win but in the underworld, Hades would easily win.

Hades was the son of Kronos and Rhea. He is best known for abducting Persephone the daughter of Demeter. This is the reason why the Greeks their mythology of the Underworld. They also have the mythology of Hades as the god of the dead.

Following the Titan War Gods were granted the opportunity to draw lots for their respective domains. Zeus received the sky, Poseidon received water, and Hades was granted the earth and everything below. The Olympians, who were hedonists, did not want to have anything to do with the death. They were not averse to being near or touch the corpse of a deceased person. Hades had to deal every day with all the dead bodies. He is also the only god that actually does work. The other gods are lazy or play with their pets.

This caused Hades to become more associated with work than the other gods. The Olympians did not like Hades for that. But he had to do his job regardless. Zeus

Zeus is perhaps the most powerful of all of the Greek gods. He is the king and god of the sky, the seas and all mortals. He has the power of thunder, lightning, and earthquakes. Hades is the brother of Zeus. They both have the same father, Chronus. After the Titans War, the siblings drew straws to see who would be the ruler of each region of the universe. Zeus got the top, and thus became the king of the sky as well as the seas while Hades assumed the Underworld as his domain.

While Hades is a target of ridicule from the pop culture media however, in Ancient Greece they actually viewed Hades as a noble character. Hades is a villain because he controls the Underworld. He is not malicious and he is a lover of Persephone. He just prefers to chill in the Underworld rather than being an integral part of Mount Olympus.

He doesn't want to be involved in all of the drama with Hera and their sex lives. He's not a god who is the strongest in fighting, but he is very powerful. He is also very shrewd.
